Draft site is reflecting a forfeited pick in that position for Seattle.

What’s the rule on consecutive 100+ losing seasons?
I believe we used to have a rule that if your team has 4 consecutive 100+ losing season than the draft pick from the 4th year automatically falls out of the top 10.
Just wondering as I begin our rebuild...not planning on a long rebuild but want to know what the rules are just in case things go south.

What do picks 24-26 translate from since no player is attached? Never really paid attention to compensatory picks since I never had any money available

The 2nd picks for Olerud, Thome, Radinsky. I suspected that, is it based on salary or predetermined? 10.1.3

Correct, since they are "worth" more than Type Bs.. all Type A come before the Type B

We had a few exceptions if the team changed hands.

How about talent loss of multiple prospects? OOTP can be extraordinarily cruel to all of us at times.
