What is the rationale for going 15 days at a time in August?

Just seems like things drag on sometimes between trade deadline and playoffs. We don't really have to change anything, just a thought.

If you're willing to sim additional days, I always think it's better to do something like that when there are fewer and fewer teams involved (starting after trade deadline and then during playoffs). If your team is in contention, it's not that much of a burden to have to check and export more frequently, if commish is up for simming more.

yea I love the idea of sims every day if commish is down with that.

I rather enjoy whenever it happens in VaV hoops so I'd be all for back to back days of simming to speed things along after the trade deadline. I think that can have just as much of an efficient change as doing 15 day sims but still allowing teams to adjust quickly for sudden injuries. Perhaps more so, since the 15 day idea is only for August.
(just to clarify, the back to back days of simming is still our standard 6-7 days)

Yeah, I think that's not a bad compromise. Say, once we get to August 1st, we can do consecutive sims of our normal schedule.
The big lull comes when we're past the deadline and we have that gap between a Thursday and Sunday sim.
